As a SDI, TDI, and ERDI Training facility, LCDS carries only the most up-to-date equipment. We meet our customers needs based on their particular request with an inventory that covers the the most basic snorkeling equipment to the most advanced stages of underwater communications.
Adjacent to Chicago, in Hobart, Indiana LCDS has a customer base throughout the United States. Called upon by police and fire departments in all areas of the U.S., we help to locate and recover evidence, weapons, vehicles, and victims from lakes, rivers, and quarries.
In an effort to aid communities to better understand the services provided by LCDS, we have developed specific programs to teach rescue and recovery techniques, such as E.R.D.I. (Emergency Responce Diving International) Surface Ice Rescue, Ice Diver, Evidence Recovery and many more.
Along with supplying law enforcement agencies with specialty diving equipment and training, we also cater to the general public. Lake County Divers Supply Inc. specializes in beggining diving lessons, excursions to distant vacation areas, search and recovery equipment, and service and repair.
